1- Let's assume you want to bar all the outgoing calls (originated by mobile) and the network password

of your operator is 0000:

command:

AT+CLCK=AO,1,0000<cr>

AT+CLCK=OI,<en>,<pwd><cr>

where:

<en> is the operation selected:

0 – Call Barring Disable (Unbarring)

1 – Call Barring Enable (Barring)

<pwd> is the network password required to change facility status
